
Create a new file (File >> New) and Copy these settings and click OK.
Double Click on the Background layer to unlock the Layer. If everything goes well, The lock should dissapear and you will be able to edit the layer.
After, Right click on the layer and Click on 'Layer Style' |

A window opens and copy the settings above. This is to give some lighting/ shine effects.

Then click on Inner Glow and copy these settings to give it a '3D' effect, this will make it look like as
if its bumped rather than being flat.
Now, Create a new layer in Photoshop and create this white corner as shown on the right. To do this, First with the selection tool, make a square, then Select the Fill Tool or Brush Tool and Draw/Fill the selection. Then Click and hold on the selection tool and delete the excess to end up with this shape.
