Creating a rollover button in Dreamweaver is very easy to do! I'm gonna show you how, with this very easy to follow tutorial.

First of all get your images, You need 2, 1 as a 'default' image and the other is for the rollover effect. In this tutorial I'm going to use a button used .

Go to "Insert >> Image Objects >> Rollover Image"



Now a window opens like above and do the following: Enter the image name into the first field, Then Original Image, Put in the address of the image you wish visitors to see as a default.

Then in the rollover image, you put in the address where the 'rollover' image is. (This is the one which will appear once a visitor places his cursor over your button).

Tick the Preload check box, this will load the image once the page loads, Alternate text is for the 'ALT' state of your image (place a description or something, Highly recomended for SEO) and finally the URL where you wish your visitors to end up when clicking on your button.

Click OK and you should have something like the button bellow!
